Will’s career spans two decades in People Development, both consulting externally and internally as a global senior people leader across four continents and helping some of the world’s most recognised brands of choice attract, retain and develop their critical talent. His experience has encompassed the full employee lifecycle and a broad range of industries, geographies and organizational cultures, including tech, FMCG, fast fashion and Construction, from rapid-growth start-ups to multinationals.
Early in his career Will managed the Future Leaders Program for Unilever Australasia before joining Google where over close to a decade he helped rapidly grow and develop Google AU from 100 to 1400 employees and globally into one of the most frequently voted workplaces of choice, leading critical country, regional and global talent initiatives and travelling extensively throughout Asia, Europe and North America to coach and develop its leaders, managers and teams to achieve high performance as one of Google’s most in demand internal coaches. Since leaving Google Will holds and continues to advise a number of CPO/Head Of People positions to help others establish and scale people practices for fast growth Australian companies. Since 2016 he is also the founder of consultancy IfHowNow to help entrepreneurs and the C-suite spark their people, possibility and performance.
A trained psychologist with a lifelong curiosity in human behaviour and highly experienced working across cultures to effect behavioural change, Will’s passion is helping leaders and organisations across all stages of maturity to find their voice, engage their people and foster a performance culture to succeed in a fast moving world.
