Year round learning for product, design and engineering professionals

Speak at one of our events in 2023!

Off the back of a truly fantastic return to in-person events with Web Directions Summit late last year, we’re well into planning even more for 2023! And here’s your chance to be involved as a speaker across several events and the whole front end landscape.

The Return of Code

On June 8th and 9th Code will return to Melbourne. This long long running event for front end developers gets even better with now two tracks-a “front of the front end” track covering JavaScript, the React ecosystem, CSS, browser APIs and more, while a brand new “back of the front end” track covers performance, security, observability, platform engineering and operations.

So plenty of chances for all you font end and full stack developers to come share you knowledge and experience. All the details and the form to submit your proposals is at our speakers page.

CFPs close March 10th, and we are already locking in speakers, so don’t wait–jump over now and and propose a talk (or two, or more!)

Web Directions Summit

It’s a little way off (October 26 and 27) but our annual Summit in Sydney offers lots of opportunity not just for developers, but designers, product professionals, content strategists, and new for 2023 product and growth marketing professionals to share your know-how with our audience.

Head over to our speaking page for more details and to propose a talk! CFPs close May 31st, but it never hurts to propose earlier!

Code Leaders

Finally for 2023, there’s Code Leaders–again taking place the day before Web Directions Summit–October 25th. A single track conference focussing on engineering leadership and management, particularly though not exclusively on the people side of equation. So come share your experience with emerging, new and experienced engineering leaders at Code Leaders!

Thoroughly enjoyed Web Directions — met some great people, heard some inspiring presenters and added a whole bunch of things to my to-do list.
