There’s no denying that flexibility is fast becoming a requirement when forming modern teams. We’re seeing some great example patterns for successful remote, onsite and distributed team structures when it comes to scaling delivery, but how do we bring people closer together when they’re getting further apart? Patima Tantiprasut
Patima is the newly appointed GM at PetRescue, a progressive animal welfare charity that’s working towards a future where every pet is safe, respected and loved. She leads a nationally distributed team who look after Australia’s most visited charity website, in addition to running multiple programs and initiatives helping to save lives and bring happiness every day. Prior to this, Patima was the Head of Product and Design at Seven West Media, the Creative Director at Bam Creative, and a huge champion for the creative tech community, helping to co-organise Mixin Conf, creating a national roadshow and hosting several meetups including Localhost and Product of PER.
