From reactive systems to proactive intelligence
For decades, we've designed technology to help people react.
An alert appears. A dashboard turns red. Teams investigate, triage, and resolve problems after they've already happened.
But what if technology could help us understand what matters sooner?
As technology becomes more intelligent and the pace of building accelerates, UX is undergoing a fundamental shift. We have new opportunities to simplify complex systems, reduce cognitive load, and help people make better decisions.
In this talk, I'll share lessons from designing complex enterprise experiences and explore what this shift means for how we design, how we work, and the role designers can play as technology becomes increasingly capable.
