Through a series of personal experiences, the talk will help the audience understand how to break barriers through empathy, connecting diversity with productivity and profit.
Fredy Lievano has over fourteen years of experience leading technical teams and developing software solutions, giving him a deep understanding of how to use these abilities to positively impact teams and organisations. While working in a diverse mix of businesses and projects, Fredy has developed a rich skillset to lead and grow high-delivery teams empowering individual contributors to do their best. Fredy is a board member of the Australian Web Industry Association, where he helps drive innovation and best practices in the national web space, his work has also been recognised as being a finalist and winner of the ITNews Benchmark awards on different projects.
