Edge of the Web – Perth is the place to be
Time’s running out to take advantage of early bird pricing for Perth’s long awaited web industry event: Edge of the Web, brought to you by the Australian Web Industry Association.
On the 6th of November there will be a full day two track conference featuring
- Derek Featherstone, who’ll be delivering the opening keynote – Journeying to the Edge of the Web – in fact, as he travels all the way from Ottawa to be there, the reality of this title will very much sink in for Derek!

- Donna Spencer – involving users in the development process
- Russ Weakley – pushing the boundaries on content rish web sites

- Ben Buchanan – advocating for a better web
If you haven’t been to a web conference before, I can tell you, that will be an amazing day.
Then on Friday the 7th, some optional workshops where you can go indepth with:

The guys from Perth have done a fantastic job pulling this all together at a price so reasonable it’s worth your while to travel there from “over east” to be a part of it. For myself, I’m really looking forward to hanging out and being part of someone else’s event.
